Nice hotel. Good location for exploring the city.
The shower was a little grimey at the bottom, which was disappointing. I found it odd that when I asked for assistance with my luggage, the staff refused to help. Communication was a challenge since the staff's English was quite broken, making it difficult to convey my needs.

The cleaning at this hotel was abysmal. the elevator floor was permanently stained, and don’t get me started on the bathroom! I also expected complimentary breakfast but had to pay, which isn’t a 5-star treatment at all. I almost gave a good review, but that rude front desk exchange ruined it. Stay elsewhere if you can.

This hotel offers cozy rooms that meet every need. Proximity to Hamacho station made our travels easier, although transfers were necessary. Don't miss out on the amazing Beaver Bakery nearby for a delightful breakfast. Planning laundry is essential. the staff assisted when machines were occupied. Great stay overall!
